Saying "oh i've already ruined my good eating today i'll just eat crap" is like saying "oh i dropped my phone on the floor i'll just smash it till it breaks." It's silly and doesn't make much sense. Sense, however has little to do with our choices regarding eating.
This I need to remember.

Life is too short to be caught up in what everyone else is doing. Don’t be judgmental, be accepting. Network and meet people that will help you. Give thanks to the education you have. And most importantly, refrain from hate. Negative energy equates to negative things. Lift yourself up and be true to yourself. Love. Be kind. Be reliable. Be open-minded. Make an effort to be nice to strangers. Smile. Breathe. Don’t take your life for granted.
