1. 50 jumping jacks 2. 20 alternating lunges 3. 10 tuck jumps 4. 20 squats …
Just ran three miles plus hill repeats, then did this HIIT pilates workout x4. Now I have to eat, go to the dentist, stop back home/by the store, and then go out to dinner with my friend. Contemplating running more when I get back but it depends on time and how tired I feel.

At least one of them is considered fiction, and another is a sort-of autobiography but by a fiction author that I really like.
The other 14 are all non-fiction, either about nutrition, the food industry in America, philosophy, American media, or running.
What does this say about me? I’m ordering them all (actually, as many as I can afford) used tomorrow anyway haha.
I went out for my usual 5.5ish mile run today...
And I didn’t feel like stopping and turning around where I usually do. Sooo I ended up running almost 9.5 miles instead. AND I explored a new trail!
Then I came home and had a strawberry+protein powder+soy milk post-run smoothie.
It’s been a good day so far.
*edit: I’m also watching Accepted right now, which makes me about a zillion times happier:)

Intuitive Eating will change my life. It already has had a huge impact on my happiness and eating, and I just started it today!

I just started reading this book, and I think it will help me a lot. I also wanted to do a 30 day challenge, but I didn’t want to wait until July and I didn’t know what to do it for…
So I’m starting it today! At first it was just going to be 100% clean eating for 30 days, but after reading more of Intuitive Eating I’m actually wondering if that might be too...

This guy is so motivating. He has so much drive and has so far gotten past every obstacle that the Death Race is throwing at him. I would love so much to be so fit, physically and mentally, when I’m 34! Seriously. Someone should make a movie about this. Read about him. Just do it.
