…which not gunna lie happened today…it helps a whole lot to realize that there are really only two options for moving forward: give up and keep feeling miserable, or keep working hard to become healthy and happy and fit and know that I’m doing what I can and eventually I won’t be miserable anymore. Tomorrow’s a new day and I promised I wouldn’t ever give up on myself.
So here are some facts
1. There are about 3500 calories in one pound of fat.
2. Every two jumping jacks= 1 calorie burnt
3. 7000 jumping jacks=1 pound gone
4. 10 sets of a 100 jumping jacks for 1 week will burn a pound.
So on top of your current diet and exercise regime can you add on 10 sets of 100 jumping jacks a day for 1 week. Its one week cant be so hard
lets try this, because a pound lighter is a pound lighter

Thanks! First of all: wow, I’m so sorry that your headaches have lasted for so long! I used to get chronic headaches, so I know how much it sucks:(
There could be other reasons why you’re getting headaches, obviously, but from what I’ve read about processed foods and my own personal experience, I think they definitely could be related to the ice cream. If you’re used to eating generally pretty whole, unprocessed foods, then suddenly eating a lot of processed foods can really mess with your system. I would focus on eating as clean as possible for the next few days and see if that helps get rid of the pain. If it does, then you have your answer! Good luck:)
Ate too much processed food last night….today I’m paying for it with a massive headache, no energy, and stomach pain. It’s times like these when I really realize how bad processed foods really are for my body. Eat clean!
